I'm still on tape, but I'm looking at a class 10 SDHC 32GB card passed to me by a guy I worked with last weekend. So far he's not had a problem writing to them and I've not ahd a problem reading. Any comment/thoughts anyone? What's the likely difference between this card and something liek a SanDisk?

With critical stuff, stick with brands at about the right prices..
I purchased some 16Gb USB own brand sticks from 7 day shop and they were
SLOWWWWW and had many errors.
Still on tapecopy 80mins of HDV in 20minutes via USB and no dropped frames
Good price, but not exceptional . . have you dealt with MyMemory?
I have in the past with no problems
Have ordered 2 cards, will test writing and read speeds to check for any errors when I get them
MyMemory SDHC only today 28th MAy 2012
MyMemory 32GB SD Card (SDHC) - Class 10
£14.99 inc postage
It is their own brand so would be cautious in using for critical work.
Received the 32Gb cards today and tested with a (free) program called Victoria 4.46b
Both cards passed Read & Write tests, reading at about 18Mb/s and writing at 13Mb/s
Will do an in camera test as well (JVC HM700)
