I spent an hour or so this afternoon researching and tinkering.

Oops. Something is still not right. The board is not expiring logins after so many minutes of inactivity. As a result each day when I connect, I get a bigger and bigger list of 'New Posts' even if I have manually forced a logout.

Cookies. It's got to be the cookies. Examining mine, I see-

BBPASSWORD - With a Sunday November 25th 2007 expiry

BBUSERID - With a Sunday November 25th 2007 expiry

BBSESSIONHASH - 'At end of Session' expiry

BBLASTACTIVITY - With a Sunday November 25th 2007 expiry

I think this last one could be the culprit. Perhaps it should be set to expire 10 minutes or so ahead of the session time?

Whilst experimenting with diffferent settings I changed the length of the session time. I will change back now.
