plz tell me about "CGI". how can i convert/mix a video clip by/with

cgi? which software can do this? can i do this by adobe premeire 6.5 or

pro 2.0.

This sound slike a compositing task and Adobe is your thing then look to After Effects.

Premiere does have some keying effects whcih might be worth a try though but you'll absolutlely get a bettrer result in After effects.
