how are you funding your productions? what works, whats a waste of time?

Most I ever spent on any film I made was errr.... seventy quid... and that was big budget film !

Ah, Reggie Perrin. Those were the golden days of British Comedy. Tommy Saxondale has huge potential though. (Sorry to sideline the thread by the way).

On a more serious note, I can relate to what Mark says, but of course you still have to count all that flashy stuff we have to buy before we shoot anything.

yeah its really equipment we need to fund...... its just so bloody hard getting money together for equipment! and its not cheep :(

That's why I started building camera cranes and grip equipment out of matchsticks, string and elastoplast.
