Default PAL and NTSC??

Can anyone give me the information on the PAL and NTSC of:

- SD and HD frame sizes
- SD and HD rates
- SD and HD pixel aspect ratio
- SD and HD frame aspect ratio

The 4:3 (standard non-wide-screen frame aspect ratio) SD spec's are:

frame size:-
PAL: 720 x 576
NTSC: 720 x 480

frame rate:-
P: 25 fps
N: 29.97 fps

pixel aspect ratio is: 1.33:1 for both

I'm sure someone will post the rest soon, (I've only done standard sized, standard definition editing)
