Default In Need of Video Footage, can anyone help please

Hi all,
I am directing an amateur production of the musical Return To The Forbidden Planet and I find myself without anyone in the group who can do techie stuff on their pc's and therefore I am in need of some footage to use in the show. If you don't know anything about the show its a rock and roll musical using the basic plot of Shakespeares "The Tempest" and very much based on the '50's sci-fi classic film "The Forbidden Planet". Be that as it may, during the show I need footage to play on a large screen behind the actors. I need the following:-
1. Asteroid Field
2. Spaceship Taking Off from Earth
3. Spaceship descending to an extra terrestrial planet
4. Spaceship taking off from extra terrestrial planet
5. A space monster
6. A planet breaking up
7. A planet exploding
All clips need to be about 10seconds only.
If anyone has any ideas as to where to get such clips from or if anyone is able to make these clips I would be grateful for any assistance. Payment can be made for original clips.
Many thanks for reading this post
Cheers

Take a look at the freely available public domain footage you can use at http://www.archive.org and best of luck with the production

The exploding planet and the planet breaking up, what do they need to look like. I'm not 100% positive if i'll have time to do it, but I will if I can. I just need to know what you want for the planet's colour etc.

If you go to http://www.finalight.com/-/DATA/STHANKS.HTM they offer you 5 free downloads of their stock footage, one of them is like the shockwave from star wars when the death star explodes, another is of a missile (may work as a space ship). Take a look, you may be able to use something.

Hope this helps.
