I got finally got my dream Job.

Helo Everyone,

I told you all in Dec, I lost my job, well I just got hired as the Media Director for a 2000 person church. I will be in charge of a crew of 15 people, they have a video prodution studio and a recording studio. They do live edits during the church service. So I will be producing DVD and CD's o the church services and musical groups. What fun it will be. I can't wait. Well thanks for
letting me spread my excitment.

Conratulations. Churches in the US are certainly different to over here !

Thank You! Most Churchesare small average church size is 100 ppl. but I would say about 10% have anywhere from 1000 to 10000 people. How are churches aver there?

I dont think we have the big churches here really. Everything in the states is bigger eh?

but whats funny about having a million churches (my small county has 80,000 people with probobly 30 or so churches) is that not as many as half go!, including myself

I'd say 50% of a population being church goers is a lot. I don't know anyone that regulary goes to church.

Odd thing churches. Whilst I feel religious, and believe in all that, I find churches oppressive and unwelcoming. I don't want to be made to sing hymns either.
