Default Newb in need of some Direction

I am some what new to video editing and was wondering if there was a site that I can get videos from to help enhance what I am doing.
For example I am looking for a video of a black and white count down 1..2..3.. like at the beginning of old movies. I am also looking for a video that you would use to show a blooper. example would be a circle with line through it and a beep sound.

If any one knows of an article that addresses this or has some links I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

I found Google video and that had some stuff on it. Is there any sites or you can point me in the right direction on with this kind of stuff?

http://www.freestockfootage.com/

Some free royalty free stock footage, however it's only the low-res versions that are free, but they work all right for some applications.

Peace
