I've been making phone enquiries at a few dealers and been disappointed at what's seemed like a lack of interest in a potential sale with all the dealers I've contacted unlikely to quote a likely delivery date and admitting that although they've recently received stock they still have unfulfilled pre-orders.
To get the topic back on track, my latest purchase is a copy of Sony Vega Pro 8, together with a whole bunch of training videos, Sound FX Library Volume III and Editors Toolkit Pro Vol14: Movie Night from the excellent folks at Digital Juice. |
I know for a fact that 'pkbristol' has just got himslef one of these with all the kit - maybe you could drop him a pm to find out more.

Thanks for the tip. I had tried that but just got a message saying that he was not accepting personal messages or was not authorised to receive them.
Guess I'll just have to persist with the phone calls tomorrow and hope for a bit more enthusiasm this time.

I just got Apple's Aperture. Can't wait to try it out. Currently in the market (bidding on ebay) for another external drive.
