my most recent purchase was a camera clamp, it was a screw mount plate, and it will clamp itself to pretty much anything, doors, windows, table legs, you name it, if the camp will fit round, it, it'll stay on.
I wouldn't try to put say, a Cannon XL1 on it, but the likes of the Sony PDX10 fits perfectly. I also used it with my stills camera, and got an awesome 5 second exposure traveling through a city center at night

I got a free 22 inch monitor, I needed the extra space, honest....
(works but needs longer leads.)

A DVD duplicator. For myself and anyone else who needs a job lot of DVD's copying and burning fast.

Tell me about it - but thnik of it a different way - I am using waht would be in landfill.
I measured the comsumption of my system, it was high - 750w ....
Currently fantasising about solar powered pc after my friend built a solar powered lighting system for his flat but I think i would need to go tft to do it.

I stopped all my cable tv (dont watch the box) and spent the money on a 20mbit / 800 kbit pipe - nice - esp the upload speed - no excuse not to sort my web site now...

seem to be, But I'm still getting a little 'Hand on camera' noise, even with the anti-shock mount. Still not bad for less than a hundred quid though.

I am purchased a canon Canon S2 IS digital camera. It's great for all kinds of shots, has a good zoom. i love this camera.

A Wacom A4 graphics tablet, it cost me a kidney but it's great for filling in wrinkles on faces with the pressure sensitive pen. It takes a bit of getting used to having used a mouse for so long.
