Default Got a Rolling road event comming up and i have to make DVD

Now for people who dont know a rolling road event is when you drive your car onto a Rolling road to test the BHP and Torque.

It sits on 4 rollers and the car goes flat out without going anywhere.

Ive filmed these in the past and did a great bit of car colours merging, as i kept the camera on a tripod and all the cars where the same model but different colours, they merged nicely.

THis this one, all the cars are Subaru WR1s they are all the same ice blue colour.

Any ideas to make it exciting ???,

most of you know my stile and i like past paced, and a great sound track.

Why not set up four cameras, one at each corner and cut between them?

Or hire a camera crane for the day and do overhead swoop shots?

Both those ideas sounds great, i only have two camera though, i normaly use one as fixed and the other roaming onto peoples expressions.

Just love the camera crane idea, only down side is i have a very little budget to do this.

I can charge a real max of a tenner per DVD and will only sell about 10 - 20 MAX !

SO its a very low Budget production :(

mm ive seen this nearly happen with a supra once and it was scary,

This event is at Silverstone so may get some track footage if anyone is on the Silver track as well

Ive done the Place the camera 10mm away from the rear wheel while the car does 100 mph and thats a good shot.

When's it happening Brian?
I might be able to bring a crane and a camera to go on it for you depending what day it's on.

I Sold the WR1 and have left the everyday running of the Club to other devoted members.
