| | Haro V-1 frame (I'm not rich), Manitou X-Vert (1999 model), Mavic Crossland wheelsets (gotta love free stuff), Maxxis Mofo DH front, High Roller rear, Shimano Deore XT cassette, rear stock crappy V-brake, front Deore XT V-brake, and Haros top of line seat clamp mechanism (Warranty, the lower models broke to easily, from my 'dirt jumping', so they upgraded it free of charge.) Everything else is stock, Haro V-1, until I can afford more. Unfortunately between saving for a video camera and a bike, I don't have much money to go around. Oh well, lifes good.
What's the British riding scene like? I've heard good things, but never first hand from a local. |

| | Well I live in London and sadly I dont ride as much as I used to. Sometimes go down to some local trails or ride down the River Thames. Nothing manic. London as U can imagine does not really ahve a huge scene. Am hopefully buying a car this year at some point which will make it easier. - Out of London There's always alot of stuff going on. Some old Uni mates are alyaws out riding and racing nut not me. |

| | Ok have been lurking for a while and only made a couple of post so should really do the intro thing.
My name is Richard Asare-Joy hence the user name RAJ, when I got married the wife and I took each others names and double-barreled. then a few guys at work realised my initials were RAJ and as i'm not actually asian thought it would be funny and the the rest is history.
So I'm married, have been now for 12 years, have two fantastic kids, Carl whose 10 in october and Tanya whose 8. My wife has roots in Ghana west Africa so we spend time on holiday there when we can.
I have the dubious pleasure of working for NTL the cable company that most of it's customers and staff love to hate. I'm a network management engineer for the access layer of our network. Thats a posh way of saying I sit in front of several monitors for 12 hours a day or night watching for alarms in the telephone network and try and fix it before anyone notices.
I got into video editing Christmas last year after our house was burgled and I got a nice shiny new dv camcorder from the insurance, so some good has come out of a bad event. I've loved it and have spent the year trying to replicate effects and videos that are way above my current ability level. but its great fun and I only wish I had more time to devote to it, the bug has defintely bitten me good.
This forum has been great and its really cool watching all the videos and reading all the helpful advice.
I'm going to try and post more from now on and get to know you all a bit better.
anyway a bit of a long post so sorry about that. I'll finish of by saying thanks to Marc for a great site |

| | Hi all.. I've been hanging around these forums for a year and I gotta say, it has been my single best resource for all my questions since acquiring Priemiere Pro. Many thank-you's for that
My name is Doug, and I'm a media-holic. 8-track, reel-to-reel video, right up to the latest digital, I've been all over it.
I'm a Canadian, been here my whole life, 45 years of age. I have a B.Sc. in computer science, ran my own business in Medical Thermographic Imaging, and have done computer programming/support for a host of Large multi-national corporations. Now, being sick of working for the 'Man' I have struck out on my own again, producing video and still content for oh-so-naughty adult websites (well, ok, just for my site so far ).
Hope that I can contribute to this fine forum and again, I appreciate all the help I have recieved.

| | Hello Everyone,
I've been visiting this site for months now and I've never really explored it, shame on me. My real name is Paco and I'm a full time student at Mesa College in San Diego. I've been going crazy over video editing ever since I bought my camera back in feb. I've learned so much from this site and hopefully I will reach a point where I can share my own techniques with others. |

| | Hi everyone,
This is Hell Atlantic. 28 years old and married in NYC, USA, the greatest city in the Milky Way.
i've just got into video editing, and after cutting my teeth on Movie Maker decided it wasn't powerful enough for what I was looking to do so I made the plunge and got Premiere Pro.
my website, Dean Houston.org (you can get to it via clicking on my sig) is open to all in the event you wanted to post in a non-editing arena.
i like this place already, and i've only been a member for a day. i know i'll be picking up a lot of tips and tricks, this place seems very informative and chock full of eye candy.
