Hi everyone.

My name is Andi I am a 26 and live in Yorkshire UK.
I am a father of an eleven month old girl.
As she is more mobile now, photos are getting more and more difficult hence my reason for wanting to get into videography.

I have a Sony SCR-HC24E and after playing with the supplied Sony software (Picture Package) I loved the look that the automated editing gave, but I wanted more control.
For the past few days I have been picking up the basics with Adobe Premiere Pro V7.

Have to thank all of you who have written the tutorials, I am finding them invaluable.
Looking forward to getting involved in the community and picking up any tips that are offered.

my real name is simon and i live in gemany land of sausages and beer. I moved here some 3 years ago foloowing my heart. I was over here on holiday 3 years ago and met someone here and descided that the uk was not for me i'll try sausage land.

Since then i have married the lucky (I think so anyway) woman. We married in australia only a couple of months ago. Wedding was great and i naturally filmed it all using 3 camera's, 2 on tripods and 1 roaming.

I have created films such as birthday video for poeple that are 40,50,60 ect, also filmed local bands here in paderborn. Got a few jobs on the horizon and now all the wedding stuff is out the way i can dedicate my energy on my video work/company.

My name is Mark Spivey, a 36 yrs old musician composer with an interest in the film industry.
I first became involved in this area when I hooked up with an underwater documentary maker here in Western Australia (I produced the soundtrack to his work).
Having a love for the outdoors and being involved in a few dfferent projects has started me on an exciting journey.
Next year will see me heading off to Africa to shoot a documentary about a children's orphanage. I'm also planning a couple of relaxation DVDs featuring my music and footage to compliment my current audio CDs.

Currently learning the ropes in video, but experienced with audio.
Using Mac G4, Cubase SX3 recording software. Photoshop CS2
experimenting with Avid free, HyperEngine AV and imovie.
Wishlist- a high end video camera.
Currently working with streaming video.

Hi, I'm llama112 and I'm a high school student, 16 years old. I haven't been doing video editing for too long - about two years. I've done computer programming and webpage editing though and am very interested in video filming and editing.

If I ask any strange questions that may seem obvious, please don't get upset, sometimes I miss the obvious. Thanks!!

I am taking a comm tech class at school now, which I absolutely love. We work on Final Cut Pro and I think that's a great program (although I haven't been working on it for too long). I use the Mac at school and at home the operating system on the PC is Windows XP and I use Showbiz. I also have Windows Movie Maker which I don't really like (although lots of people on here do, lol).

Hi, I'm Alan and I'm a returning amatuer videoographer. I use Adobe Production Studio for all my stuff and work in high def for anything I shoot. I don't do weddings or anything like that. Purely a hobbyist and make movies.
