Hey everyone I'm Junior3000 and I'm 16. This is a great site. I'm looking forward to learning loads more about video editing etc. I use Magix Video Edit Pro10 and it's great!
I'm releatively new to video editing but really enjoy it as a hobby and hope to learn loads about it here!

Hi
Total newbie to editing but have a passion to make a movie! Have loads of Hi8 and MiniDV footage needing spliced nicely - snakes hatching, vultures scoffing, deer dying and so much more!! Have committed to filing a report on recent trip to Bulgaria (yep, wildlife/access stuff too)) on DVD. Old computer (P111 450 - lasted 8 years) being replaced this week by new 3.2ghz Dell job with 350HD, 1gb memory and 20" widescreen - woohoo! Need some guidance on downoading from my Sony DCR PC9 and what the best beginner way to go is with editing software. Any directions would be most welcome.
This site looks like a mine of info - need a week off to plough through it.
