HELP - special video editing question

I have a question. Is there a software program or algorhythm out there that I could use to take a video clip and change the heads of the people to faces of someone else? It doesn't even have to look perfect, but I want to replace faces on the clips. I can do this on photos easily, but I want to do it with video. HELP PLease.

It's a lot harder than doing it in photoshop.

Try a search of the forum aswell, I think it's been asked a few times.
