Default Creativevideo.co.uk and video editing sellers in general

Anyone used creativevideo.co.uk? Thought I'd try them out and order some DV tapes from there.

Do you guys use specialist retailers for your equipment? Would it be worth creating a database of sellers and ratings in the format I used for the competition? I've used DVC, optex, videoactionpro and creativevideo in the past months, so I could make a good start...

I notice a lot of the posts are > 2 years old. When I phoned up, I didn't talk to the seemingly legendary Mr Lloyd! I didn't get a "good deal", but I did get exactly what I wanted and it was despatched same day.

And I was, of course, duped into paying over the odds for something - I clearly must have been under stress at work as I paid well over the odds for an apparent upgrade - to something which is EXACTLY the same.

Erm. Feel a tad spastic
