Adobe Premiere elements

Hi,
I am about to purchase the Adobe premiere elements package based on the numerous good reviews I have read. I have just one question when it comes to authoring DVDs. Can you create the DVD in such a way that you have footage and JPEG pictures on the same DVD and called by individual menu buttons..I know it can be done with other packages..
