Wildform Releases the New Custom FX Collection

Venice, CA – September 29, 2004. Wildform, creators of video, animation and presentation software, today announced the release of the Custom FX Collection for Wildform’s highly popular video titling and text animation software, Wild FX Pro and Wild FX. The Custom FX collection contains fully customizable versions of all the effects that come standard with the programs. Each Custom Effect contains between 5 and 35 variables, including a speed control option.

Both Wild FX Pro and Wild FX come with 417 effects that work with a customer’s installed fonts and function like animation templates that can be applied to any text. The Custom FX Collection lets users adjust numerous effect variables to create an infinite variety of new, distinctive and elaborate animations that are easily generated with the click of a mouse. Each custom effect has multiple variables which affect a variety of settings including position, timing, scaling, alpha, skew, color, and rotation. In addition, each Custom effect has a “speed” variable that gives users control over the speed at which the effect plays – a highly requested feature.

The Custom FX can also be used as templates to create new effects, which can then be saved and added to the effects library. This gives customers the ability to generate new effects templates without requiring any animation programming.

The Custom FX collection is $49 and is available for Windows and Mac. For a limited time, existing and new Wild FX customers receive a 20% discount. Wild FX is $39 and Wild FX Pro is $99. Both are available for Windows and Mac. Wild FX Pro outputs video and .swf files and Wild FX outputs .swf files.
