I wouldn't use WMM as it is too basic, you should download a 30 day trial of either Adobe Premiere Elements 4 or Sony Vegas as both will have all the video tracks and effects including chromakeying. I haven't checked recently as to what price Sony Vegas is to buy but you should get APE4 for around £60 to £65.

I would recommend Sony Vegas. I used it to do this video and chroma key figurines in black:

Watch the high quality version. About a minute and a half into it the chroma key action begins.
