Question: Application to film school.

How should i go about applying to a film school and having my own portfolio and such?

Any examples of successful admission to film schools?

Trouble is... it was in 1978 so my application's probably a bit out of date (I think it was in latin!).

The secret is to research and find out what the film school is looking for, then put that in your application. It really is that easy. Look at the school's website and ring them up and ask.
If it's a private film school then their main rquirement is that you can pay.

I got on to an MA in documentary film and video without a BA, apparently on the strength of my enthusiasm, ambition and work to date - my s reel. Oh yes, and some nice bloke I know in 'the biz' who gave me a decent ref.
