I'm starting a Digital Video (DV) club at my school. HELP!!

Hi, my name is Natalia. I just started taking video classes at my college and every one here seems so knowledgeable. I would like advice and tips and help for the future as I am the executive of my club and want to keep every one interested. We dont have a big budget to start so we're gonna have to keep them motivated. You can respond with any thing you've got : just to talk, information, feedback, help...any thing. Thank you I'll be checking every day.

Probably one of the best things you can do is discuss videos you like. Get people to bring along a video they saw and wanted to discuss the how to's of it.

well last week's meeting was ok. I brought up the discussion about a video that every one liked. It was successful. I want to bring in a speaker or something sometime as well.
It would be nice to have feedback from many people. I appreciate every thing. Well any more suggestions??
