Just got back from Video Forum 2007 and there was the usual suspects displaying at the show. Will write a full report when I've got a few minutes spare, but if anyone's not sure whether to go, GO! There's a LOT of seminars and a LOT of software and hardware to play with.

I was scheduled to go up there on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Only went Tuesday in the end. Nothing wrong with the show. This year is the first time I've been up there with no particular focus inmind and it suffered because of it. After a couple of hours I was getting decidedly bored so came home again. Just wasn't the same when you're not researching anything specific.

Had planned to be there today - but . . . I know what I'm buying this year, anyway. HDV, possibly HDcam later (if I have enough dosh!).

I was going to go - decided not to cos of the snow. Perhaps just as well as touching what I cant afford will just cause severe consumer fetishism...
