It is in Paderborn in NRW.
I here what your saying about paying money, The C**p that is on there at the moment is unberlivable. Also I am not german i am english living in sausage land. There is a club in germany that was formed after the war called the schützen fein, they get someone from the OK channel to film it. Then it is broadcast with no editing at all, and its terrible. Here's me trying to do something for the youth of paderborn and all i get is walls.
But guru you are spot on about germans and there rules. You can't walk across the road here unless the green man is flashing or the police will fine 20 euros on the spot. And thanks for the info.

Just to let you all know the result of what i did.
I was trown in the bin. Basically the picture quality and the sound were not good enough. I nearly punched the guy, but at the end i did accept that the picture quality and sound were not good enough, but the guy never even bothered to look at the content of the show i put together and how it was edited which is why i got p***ed off.
But hey, i have register for a camera course there and after that i can use their cameras so this will improve what i do. Also i will learn how to use a camera, at the moment it is all self tought.
Thanks all for your advise, I am looking for a cheap semi pro camera any surgestions would be greatfull
