Hi Marc - I keep getting logged off the forums each time I open a differant page
I can log in no probs. on the home page -get the welcome window and get redirected to the forums - but each page I go to tells me that I cant post and asks me to log in ???

Are you sure you have cookies enable in your browser? We have just upgraded the forum software, but no one else has highlighted a problem. I'll look into it.

I changed a setting which may or may not help. Could you confirm:
1) the full URL you're using to access the site
2) your brower name and version
I will then try and replicate your problem using the above combination.

Just managed to recreate the problem without trying! Each time I tried to log on I was logged out. So I then went to another site, came back and hey presto!
It looks like there's a 900 second (15 minute) time out on the log in, so if you're inactive for that amount of time, you'll have to log back in (unless you click the "remember me" box).

I Had all cookies blocked in IE - pressed the default settings button and all OK now

I didn't really notice it before the upgrade to 3.6 but it maybe that there was a longer session timeout.

That would seem to suggest a problem on your machine rather than the forums; we changed from phpBB to vBulletin fairly recently.
Could you confirm whether the problem started after the change to vBulletin as this will help isolate the current problem.
