I admire anyone who has teh patience to do that sort of stuff. o matter how powerful Blender has become and how powerful the machine - it still takes forever.
I love the way you've taken shortcuts with the characters and used really simple figures. It doesn't matter because you've given them character, given them expression. I love them!

I ditto Tim's comments. I don't have the patience to do animation, for me it's a bit like making a building out of matchsticks. Some good humour is this little piece.
