Indeed and I used the pause button when skipping through a second time - but I think there are two points against expecting the viewer to use the pause button in this instance

1. I didn't know (and couldn't have known) until after I needed to use the pause button that I'd need to use the pause button.

2. Watching videos is not intereactive. If you want to draw the audience in you want to help them as much as possible - not make them do the work (unless it's a drama in which part of the story is to get the audience to piece together the clues)

Thanks Shrimpfarmer and to all of you for your valuable input. I got my tuition from watching and taking notice of how they edit TV Documentaries.

The Video is doing quite well on Youtube. The view counts and the search terms used from the inclusion of Closed Captions, proves that Google does index the contents of the .srt Caption file. Makes it a great SEO Tool to.
