Now that those thoughts are coming back, Sam beats himself down, knowing it was his fault she died...and that he'd never be able to come back for her like he'd promise.

Vidder's Note: I'm a bit nervious to see what you guys think of this, because it's SO different. But I'd had this idea for a while to do something about child abuse. My heart goes out to those kids. So I tied it into Supernatural, even though that wasn't my original plan. Don't know if it'll mean the same to you as it has to me, but I feel like these children desurve to be noticed, so this is what I got.
