Problem with Arcsoft ShowBiz DVD 2

Hello Everyone, I am new to the group.

My husband is using ArcSoft and when he tries to create/burn a disc, when the program gets to step 3: Authoring, he gets a message saying "showbiz has encounted a problem and needs to close". We are using Windows XP
