I have been asked to help set up 3 pc's at work for video editing. My boss wants an accessible editing software like Windows movie maker 2.

Things I need to know:

*How can I export to DVD and is the finale result up to DVD quality? I know very little about the quality of WMVfiles.

*There is software called MYDVD that is recommended, but once this is intalled will export to dvd appear in the finishing movie section of Movie Maker?

Would be greatful for any help on these matters so thanks in advance

As far as I know Windows Movie Maker cannot create DVDs. You will need a seperate application such as the one you mention in your post (MyDVD). Your workflow would be:

Create movie in WMM > Export to DV AVI > Import DV AVI to My DVD > Create DVD.

WMV is an MPEG4 codec designed for creating highly compressed video (small file size). It is not suitable for use in creating MPEG2 files required for making DVDs at the quality will not be maximised.
