Hi all new to this forum (and digital camcorders !!) I had bought for me this Xmas a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD 92E,nice camera and easy(ish) to get my head round but.... does anyone know if it is possible to take the recorded disk and copy the footage to my PC so it can be edited with music/titles etc.. and then copied to a dvd/cd ? I have had a go and all it will do is play through a couple of different media players.Do i need some dvd softwear or am i stuck with ''what i record is what i will see'' ?
Also i got with it dvd+rw discs,but it does say in the manual that dvd-rw will edit on the camcorder (dvd+rw will not)

Cheers LukeD,having found bits of info on the net,it does look possible to take film footage from the dvd and copy to a software program to edit - the thing is which one ? - it has been suggested to get Pinnacle Studio 9,but i would like to know someone who has the same camera/problem and is able to do the editing,before i jump in and waste some money on an unwanted product.
