shhhhhhh, i dont condone piracy, but i also cant say i have never used it. LOL i know there are inconsistancy's but hey thats life, lol

Naww for most stuff i dont use scenarist, Only use it when its really really needed.

for example a dvd with like 9 audio tracks for one video. Just an example, well thats when scenarist gets taken out. lol

Obviously Nero Recode can do. But it can not do from two different DVDs.

yes nero record can do, oh oh oh wait, sorry its not record record just rips, you want to use nero vision that comes with nero 7, u can take a few video's and compire them to 1

Yes, Nero Recode can produce one DVD from Several. From Nero's blurb

Remake a DVD
Compile your own DVD by importing and recording videos from one or several... DVD Videos. You can remove unwanted subtitles and audio tracks and trim the video titles
