I am in the process of creating my own music DVD. What I want to accomplish is to select some of my favourite songs from several albums and consolidate them into one DVD. This step had been done, but the selected songs were all into one title. Unfortunately this is not what I wanted. Suppose I have 10 favourite songs and they are all in 1 DVD. If I want to watch song # 5, all I want to press # 5 on the remote control, and the song # 5 will be played. I know that to do this, I have to create chapter by chapter, and it'd work. How can I do this? If any of fellow has ever done this, please let me know, and I'd be very appreciated. thanks a bunch, integra

You are right that you would have to set chapter points for each song, but to answer you question more fully it would help to know what software you are using.

also is this an audio only dvd or are the music videos on it as well. Its just that if its music only would it not be easier to just burn it to a cd?

thanks for the reply. I first used the dvdshrink, then pcgedit to place the skip title to title but it would not allow me to jump straight to selected songs right away.
the project that I want to accomplish is a music video/audio dvd like karaoke stuff. I hope you might have some solutions that I am looking for now.
