I'm a video editing newbie and I'm looking for a simple software that fits my needs. I bought ADS DVD Xpress for video capturing, but my laptop's OEM DVD software (Sonic MyDVD LE) isn't really helping me much. After capturing with ADS software, I get a DVD compliant MPEG with compressed audio. When I export it to MyDVD, it converts the audio to LPCM. Uncompressed audio takes so much space that most of the times the transcoded files won't fit on a 4.7 DVD-R. What software should I use? It would be nice if the software could also allow me to add chapters to my recordings...
