DVD Skipping

Hey whats going on. I have Pinnacle Studio 9 4.6 Plus. And when I made a DVD the DVD skips alot I don't know what to do I've cleaned my DVD Player and the DVD can there be something wrong with my Burner I have a Dynex 16x Internal Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive
