Video preview animation buttons in Adobe Encore

I have Adobe Encore DVD 1.5

I have created 2 short films both 6 minutes each.

All I want to do is have 1 menu with 2 buttons on to start each separate film, on each button I want to preview the video for each button. What I would like to do is start the preview 5 seconds into the movies as there is 5 seconds of black at the start of each one.

Can this be done, if so how.
