Menus with Roxio DVD Builder

I can make menus with Roxio DVD Builder... What I do is split the movies so I could make several chapters... However, when I click the menu and play that particular chapter... It doesn't automatically play the next one. Instead, it goes back to the main menu? How come? Any more Professional software you could recommend? Thanks!
