I purchased a laptop several days ago with this program installed on it. I want to burn family Hi8 digital video to dvd. I purchased a 4 pin X 4 pin firewire from Circuit City and proceeded to burn my dvd. I followed the instuctions of the software and made a dvd. When viewed full screen on my laptop and on the tv it is blotchy and fuzzy. Kind of like taking a 5X7 picture and blowing it up to an 8X10! Tried it again but this time to VCD. Same thing. When "making the movie" for DVD I selected DVD 2 hours. I see no way to tweak this program so can anyone out there offer any suggestions if they are familiar with this program. Maybe I need to delete it and buy a better dvd burning software. Thanks in advance for any replies!! :cry:
