Hi. I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to transfer material from old VHS tapes to DVD. I'm using an Advent T9100 (spec is here: http://makeashorterlink.com/?P3EF13A5B ) which has Sonic MyDVD version 4.0 pre-installed.

and OEM DVD+R 8x DVD's (details here: http://makeashorterlink.com/?B20015B5B ).

I want to be able to play the DVD's I create on a Playstaion 2.

I've managed to burn one disc (well, I assume I have. It seemed to burn OK and I can see where part of the disc has changed colour on one side). However, my Playstation 2 doesn't seem to recognise it (although usually it'll play anything). I can't even seem to get the DVD to play on the DVD drive in the computer. Does anyone have any ideas?
