i have dvd architect 2.0 and downloaded a dvd movie....im trying to author the movie and encode the audio files into 5.1 sorround sound...it seems to not freeze but stop on 90%. does anybody know of any problems with this prog. or know of any other dvd authoring tools that will let me encode my sound to 5.1 sorround?

You've only posted these two things, so i can only assume that you're leaving because you're impatient and didn't get an answer *over the weekend!*, or you've found out what your problem was.
