Default Help - letterbox flickering reduction

Hello all,

I hope so somebody can help me...

how i can reducing flickering top and bottom edge of video footage
during DVD playback on TV. Footage is 16:9 widescreen and is letterboxed into 4:3 screen. There are exist some trick or technique to corect this
problem.

Simply crop, stretch and change the pixel aspect ratio.

but i need leave 16:9 widescreen not
to do pan and scan. it have to stay leterboxed movie

Yes. Crop the black bars, expand and change the pixel aspect ratio.

blackbars must be slightly blured - probably or just crop the movie 5px top and bottom.
and what about pixel aspect?
my footage is 720x576 - 1.422
