Hi All,
Great forum, learning loads.
I've been reading through quite a few previous posts, but still can't quite figure out where to go with the the MPEG2 files to create DVD. I've got Nero and have just downloaded TMEPGEnc as advised.
I've exported from Premiere Pro using the media encoder creating seperate vid and aud files.
Can anyone advise on the next step. I know the answer is somewhere on this forum, but I feel i'm overlooking something fundimental.
Help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Shock, thanks for the reply.
Thanks for the info.
I've also searched this site a bit more and come across a thread for TMPEGEnc. I've downloaded a trial version and generated a DVD with a 'really' basic menu.
It seems to play ok in PC PowerDVD but not on my Sony home theatre system.
I think a few more coasters are needed to get the right settings.
Many thanks Shock,

Just rememebr, Older home DVD player have a problem playing DVD-/+R
Some of them coasters might be fine. I had about 30 bad DVDs that I found
out play fine on my new Sony DVD player. My older "9 months" DVD player
wouldnt play them at all. Good luck with your authoring.

Hi Shock,
I heard that some older DVD players struggle with this problem. I didn't realise it could be as little as 9 months. I'll have to try them on a newer player!!
Many thanks for your help Shock.
