.DV file splitting

I have a .dv file of a wedding that was shot awhile ago and authored on a MAC computer. the file is now on my PC. I need to split the .dv file as it is 13+ GB in size and I want to burn it to a few DVDs.

What is the best way to do this without loosing a bunch of quality?
