I noticed that a lot of so called "DVD" Creators, claim to make dvds
by using your excisting MPEGs or AVIs, or whatever. But all that they do
is make VCDs or SVCDs, None of them make VOB files "DVD Format"
Does anyone one of a way to convert a MPEG to VOB ?
I hate it when I have a MPEG that is 800 X 600 and it is converted into
a 320 X 240 .BIN file "VCD Format" Quality goes down the tube.
If I had a way to make a VOB file with a MPEG file, I could simply
make a data DVD that would work, with much better quality then VCD.

Any ideas on this?

Never heard of that problem before! DVD authoring apps I've used to create VOBS include but are not limited to:

Ulead DVD MovieFactory
Sonic MyDVD
Sonic DVDit!
IFOedit (free)
