problem in dvd playing

i have successfully made a video dvd with nero vision. but whenever i put it in my dvd player ... just dvd title appears ... but im unable to play selected sceens ... i have made 2 dvds but same results ... kindly help me ... i'll be very thankful to u ... i am using DVD+R ...
