Cant burn my video to VCD

I am using Dazzle MovieStar 5 and i have a 22 minute video made. I want to either burn it to a VCD or send it to a VCR. I keep on getting an error on my program and kicks out the CDR that i put in my burner. DO i have to have it setup to a specific format or something. Let me know, because i have been trying to burn the movie like 10 times and it doesnt work. Also i cant figure out how to put it to a VCR.
