Hey all!

Newbie to the forum!

Here's my first "same day edit" from my wedding shoot last weekend.

YouTube - Wedding Video - Same day edit

Let me know your thoughts!

Is this a competition entry?

Doesn't look like a competition entry to me from what was said....

Bit over and above that....

I can't judge the clip because I cannot access youtube from work but, to me, the term "same day edit" to show the footage to evening guests implies to me that the work just might be beinbg done too quickly. If done quyickly and a few flaws creep in. First impressions and all that...

I would have to trust someone very well to show them a first cut - which is what this must be surely.

I'm curious as to how well this approach actually works.

The idea behind the same day edit is to provide higlights of the day... on the day. So at the end of the evening, all the guests gather around a big TV and watch the days events.

Very well done, especially for a same day edit. I think the music choice was perfect, and heck - I think it fits pretty well for the competition. Good work!

Thanks guitarfaces!

I'm not clear on what the requirements are for the contest, but I apologize if
I posted in the wrong forum.

Please advise.
