    Didn't like the link - but I'd be surprised an iPad is really bright enough, although about the right size....and certainly a lot better than no-light.

    I think you might have missed the point, the C300 has an extreme ISO range, which is being tested in the clip. Check out the following link for a more useful demo of it in action.

    Admitted It is wasted on me as I am a beginner so can't fully appreciate it ........but even so it looks bloody impressive to me.

    I'm hoping to have one ready for a project that wants to start filming next spring, but could benefit from some early winter shooting. Over the next few months I'll have a better idea of whether the project will go ahead and hopefully over the next 6 or so months I'll know whether the budget can cover it. The project certainly warrants one but sadly due to it's nature renting wouldn't be an option.
