hello guys! im using Video Recording Systems and i need to give some special effects and sounds, how can i edit this Video Recording Systems?

Well this thread has been viewed over 200 times with no reply.
To add an effect to your footage, you need to link up your (CCTV?) camera to a computer, and record the footage onto there. If you're on a PC, you'll have a program called 'Movie Maker', which comes with basic special effects.
