Bought one of these for my new business venture.

Sony are charging daft prices for accesorys though

I need:

A tripod

A Rain jacket

Radio mics

Anybody know where do them cheap?

Well, you paid 1500 odd quid for the camera and good stuff aint never that cheap.

Tripod - I had an 80 quid job from jessops, did the job on my very small camera and may be fine with yours as it probably isnt heavy. BUT a good tripod in the 300 quid range will give much better results.

Rain jacket - yep, pricey for sure, 300 quid for my big camera, will get on s/h when I am flush but in the meantime I improvise iwth plastic bags and duct tape.

Radio mics - Cheap ones are said to be rubbish, expect to need to spend 300 quid on a set of 'value' sennheisers. Cheap option is long wires.
