Default problem with panasonic camcoder

one week ago i bought new Panasonic NV-GS75 camcoder, but when i bought also miniDV tape and recorder second time the picture was http://internets.eclub.lv/Boot/DV1.JPG and http://internets.eclub.lv/Boot/DV2.JPG with black squares.





where are problem ?

Was the camera new? If so take it back to the shop. I think it is dirty heads. However if it is a new machine then it could be a fault. If it is second hand then it could be worn heads.

yes camera was new.. only one week ago i bought that, and i am shooted only about 30 minutes.


tape is Panasinic miniDV .. costs 4.50 $

I think the camera may be faulty, take it back to the shop and see what they say.
